I edited my post earlier but I guess you didn't see it so it's ok! But do you know if the is a time limit to reclaim donator rewards and if so what is it?

I have a couple questions, as well as some suggestions.
As for the first problem that is addressed in the original post of voting ranks, yes there could be dishonesty regarding voting ranks, etc.. However, for those players that have proof of there rank, and/or a vote total at any given time, is there anyway we could give them back those votes? I ask this, as you can't lose votes, only gain them. Of course, we did have the problem a few weeks back where players did lose votes, /sethomes, etc.. So I'd assume a good amount of players do have proof of their votes from that incident. As Schaum is the only one, at the moment, that could fix players votes/voting ranks. Perhaps the staff team could assign another member to have some responsibilities, such as fixing the votes, for a temporary amount of time? That is the best solution to this problem, that I can think of, as this sort of thing happens in real life scenarios. A CEO of a company has to take a leave of absence, or can't handle their duties at the time, so they assign a temporary CEO. The solution I have suggested also fixes, if not lessens the seriousness of, the conflicts that were provided. Such as the time zones being conflicted, the dishonesty, *amount of time required, and *inaccuracy. *1: As I'd assume this would be a daunting task to do, multiple team members could have access to the perms that allow them to fix the votes/voting ranks. *2: I can't speak for the whole community, but I can definitely say for myself that I'd prefer to have an inaccurate amount of votes, opposed to starting from Steve rank.
As for some questions I have; I donated Epic for Shy, however I didn't donate just for Epic rank. I purchased all of the ranks leading up to Epic rank, so that way I could maximize the amount of items for the $100, opposed to just buying Epic rank. The questions I have for that statement are; Can she redeem the ranks, and/or rewards herself, or would I have too, as I purchased the ranks? // Will there be a certain way I have to redeem the ranks, and/or rewards, or would I be able to select each rank, and redeem them?
As for some other questions I have; All of the current ranks will be able to be redeemed. However, what about donations that aren't considered ranks? Such as the donations under the "Misc" tab on the SS donation website. Another question I have, is in regards of the things that will be restored in the donations. If all items, ranks, sethomes, and claim blocks will be rewarded upon redemption, does this mean all the items, ranks, sethomes, and claim blocks that are currently in the rank listed on the SS donation website, or does it also include other versions of said ranks? An example I can come up with for this is Builder rank used to be classified as a unique rank, and yielded no rewards. However, it is now listed as a rank, and costs $10's more, as well as has items that come along with it. If a player were to redeem the rank, would they get the current rank, or a variation based on what they had purchased? It'd seem unfair if a player paid $10, but got a $20 rank value. The same goes for if it is switched around.

So... is the unlimited set homes considered a misc package or and old donor package? I'm a bit confused.

Do those that reached Legend+ ranks get infinite sethomes back?
Although I don't presume, it just would make sense to reward these players that have been on the server voting for two+ years, even if they lost the rank.
Also, can vote numbers not be retrieved from the site? Do they not show up there?

Well, it was a good run. I think this is the end for me on this server; too many votes lost. I can't play nearly as much as I used to, so I'll go from one of the highest ranked to staying near the lowest. I might visit.
Thanks for the memories.

I have premium on this server will this be removed with the reset? All ranks have been removed, however, you will be able to reclaim Premium after we're back up and running.

Stupid Q: I only donated for premium and Epic, can I still go through and reclaim all the ranks leading up to Epic even though I didn't technically buy them?

the problem isn't about player honesty. in fact a lot of players have already proved themselves however its easier to just reset everyone IMO, not giving back voting ranks due to it being "easier" is absurd (no offense to you, Michael, this in reference to it as an admin decision). It is egregiously incompetent of them to work with data and not adhere to basic tenents of backups - having multiple in different locations. It was "easier" to not invest the thousands and thousands of dollars in donation money over the years in technology to facilitate proper backups for the data of those who are providing the cash. The recent corruption incident should also have been a wake-up call. Still, no off-site backup was done! It might take time, but I really think that in addition to donation benefits, any verifiable proof of voting rank with screenshots should be honored in the least, to try to make it up to the loyal player base for the very bad handling of this situation.
